Who is behind Win Win Bet
Win Win Bet launched in 2023 and states on its site that it operates under Curaçao licence No. 1668/JAZ. The platform, layout and bonus mechanics closely resemble those of 1xBet and Melbet, which suggests a shared technology provider; the operator does not publish its corporate ownership, a point reviewers flag as a weakness. It has never applied for an Ethiopian licence, so the December 2025 revocation did not affect it directly — it was always an international site accessible from Ethiopia.
Legal status in Ethiopia (checked September 2026): on 15 December 2025 the Ethiopian Lottery Service revoked every sports betting licence in the country, and in July 2026 it reiterated that no licensed operator exists and warned citizens not to deposit money with unlicensed services. 1xBet and Melbet previously held local NLA licences (1xbet.et and mel-bet.et); those licences are no longer valid. All three brands reviewed here currently operate under international licences from Curaçao, which gives you no protection from an Ethiopian regulator.

This is the feature that distinguishes Win Win Bet. Every sports bet and every casino spin earns bonus points, win or lose.
